Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditionsare to inform the customer of his rights and duties connected to the booking, sale and the organization of ski lessons/guiding with the Syndicat Local iSki Val, SIRET n°750 735 185 00019, holder of a contract «RCE & RCP»(professional & personal civil liability) MMA n°104 155 800. These conditions are communicated to the customer in accordance with French law, article 96 of the decree 94-490 of June 15th 1994.

The Syndicat Local iSki Val, owner of the domain name and website www.iski-val.com, reserves the right to modify prices and conditions of sale without prior notice. Prices determined at the time of booking confirmation will be maintained regardless. Our prices are all-inclusive given that VAT is not currently levied on sports teaching. Any official modifications on the field of application of taxes may be applied on the current price rates without prior notice.

Confirmation of booking :

After mutual acceptance of dates, services and total amount of the quote by exchange of e-mails, the definitive confirmation of your booking will be effective upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the estimate. The confirmation of the booking (with or without payment of deposit) involves the general acceptance of the general conditions of sale by the customer.

Invoicing :

The estimate will be readjusted at the end of stay in case of modifications to the type and/or the number of services. A final invoice will be established and given to the customer in person or will be sent by e-mail.

Payment of the services and terms of payment :

You can pay your deposit, balance or totality of the invoice by :

– cash (euros);

– French cheque in euros;

– bank cards CB, Visa, Mastercard;

– bank transfer to the Syndicat Local iSki Val bank account : Syndicat Local iSki Val, Compte Clients, c/o Mr Maxime Leclerc Chalet Centaurée Le Villaret du Nial, 73320 Tignes, IBAN: FR76 1054 8000 1370 0503 8021 824, BIC/SWIFT: BSAVFR2C.

The customer makes a commitment to pay the sums owed within 5 working days of the end of his stay.

Cancellation by the customer :

Cancellation due to bad weather will be not be accepted unless all the lifts are closed. In that case the cancelled services will not be charged and refunded if the payment was already made. Deductions may be made by for bank charges and administration costs.

Cancellation up to 14 days in advance: the deposit will be refunded with possible deductions for bank charges/admin costs.

Cancellation within 14 days: all or some of the deposit may be retained according to the non-replaced services.

Cancellation within 48 hours and less: the deposit will be kept and the balance of the non-replaced services will be charged.

Cancellation on our initiative :

If for reasons beyond our control we are unable to fulfil our commitment, we will endeavour to replace the service up to the same level. If that is not possible, all sums paid will be refunded in full. No additional compensation can be demanded by the customer.

Refunding :

We make a commitment to make any refund within 5 working days of the end of the stay of the customer.

Litigation :

The terms and conditions of sale detailed above are subject to French Law. In case of litigation, only the Courts of Albertville, Savoie France, will have the skills to judge it.
